Tommie has been an active member of the Ligonier Valley YMCA for 24+ years. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has held certifications in the Silver Sneaker’s training program. Recently, Tommie completed a course in group training for Total Body Resistance Exercises (TRX) and offers classes throughout the week. Tommie is personable and excited to help others. Jeremy is a graduate of Saint Francis University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in biology. He is a certified personal trainer through AFAA and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor. Jeremy’s clients age in range from early teens to seniors. His specialities include weight loss, body weight exercises, weight lifting, body sculpting/bodybuilding, and obstacle course preparation.
